  • Our partner GoGo Express will ensure that you as a customer will have a hassle free return experience. They will pickup your item from your office/home free of charge IF THERE IS A DEFECT; otherwise, THE CUSTOMER WILL COVER THE SHIPPING COSTS.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

4. Inspection and Processing:

  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed within the day upon the arrival of the returned item. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase.
